Why don't you post per-project fixed pricing?+
Because it would be dishonest. Two programs that look similar in a scoping call can differ 3× in real delivery cost once the integrations, compliance needs, and team shape are known. A two-week Discovery Sprint is how we give you a real number.
Can we start with something smaller than the Discovery Sprint?+
For fixed-scope advisory work, Discovery Sprint is our smallest useful unit. If the scope is already clear, a dedicated resource plan can start with a focused 1-2 person allocation.
Can we bring our own rates / master agreement?+
Yes — we work under most major MSAs and can accommodate preferred-vendor rate cards. We'll be clear about where our delivery model does or doesn't fit; it's not always a yes.
Is there a minimum contract length?+
Discovery Sprint is 2 weeks fixed. Delivery Pods typically run a quarter minimum. Embedded Engineers are flexible by the week. Managed Service is a 3-month minimum to make transition + hypercare worth it.
