This policy explains what personal data Prometheas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Prometheas", "we") collects when you use our website, get in touch, or engage us for services, and how we handle it. We write for people, not lawyers.
Scope
This policy covers personal data we collect via prometheastech.com and related subdomains, our sales and support channels, and in the course of delivering services to clients. For client-delivery work, our Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum take precedence.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need, in three buckets:
- Contact data you give us — name, email, company, role, phone, and whatever you put in a message or RFP.
- Site usage — page views, referrer, browser, approximate location from IP. Collected via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible). No third-party ad cookies.
- Business records — the things we need to run our firm: employment records, client contracts, invoices.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you engaged us for, run our business, meet legal obligations, and improve our website. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it to train any model.
Sharing & sub-processors
We share personal data only with sub-processors that help us operate the business. The current list includes our email provider (Resend), cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel), CRM and helpdesk, and analytics (Plausible). A current sub-processor list is available on request at privacy@prometheastech.com.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Client records are retained per the engagement contract and applicable tax law. Site analytics are aggregate and retain no identifiable attributes beyond 28 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR, DPDPA, and similar laws, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to processing. Email privacy@prometheastech.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
