Prometheas Technologies
Enterprise Platform Modernization

Modernize enterprise platforms without losing operational control.

Prometheas helps organizations modernize ServiceNow, Salesforce, OutSystems, SAP-connected workflows, CRM, ERP, and business platforms with a delivery model built around governance, integration, adoption, and long-term operability. The goal is not a cosmetic replatforming exercise. It is a practical modernization path that improves how teams work, how data moves, and how the business can evolve after go-live.

Who this is for

Buyers who need
practical transformation.

  • Technology leaders with platform sprawl across service, CRM, workflow, and operational systems
  • CIO, COO, and transformation teams modernizing enterprise workflows without a disruptive big-bang rewrite
  • Service owners who need better data quality, release control, integration discipline, and adoption
  • Organizations that need a partner who can implement, integrate, support, and improve platforms after launch
Business problems

What usually
drives the work.

  • Platforms are live but not trusted

Teams use ServiceNow, Salesforce, or low-code platforms, but still rely on spreadsheets, side tickets, emails, and shadow workflows because the official platform is slow or incomplete.

  • Modernization is treated as tool replacement

Replacing one system with another does not fix ownership, process debt, workflow design, source-of-truth gaps, or release governance.

  • Integrations are fragile

CRM, ERP, service, identity, data, and reporting systems connect through brittle point-to-point logic that is hard to monitor, change, and audit.

  • Platform teams are overloaded

Internal teams are expected to run daily support, deliver enhancements, manage upgrades, protect governance, and still drive transformation.

What Prometheas delivers

Scope that covers strategy, build,
integration, and run.

Platform strategy and roadmap

  • Current-state review across workflows, data, integrations, user adoption, and platform health
  • Modernization roadmap sequenced by business risk, adoption value, and operating dependencies
  • Target operating model for ownership, releases, support, and governance
  • Business case inputs for phased investment instead of vague transformation spend

Implementation and redesign

  • ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, and custom workflows
  • Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and service operations
  • OutSystems workflow applications, mobile companion apps, and operational systems
  • Process redesign, catalog design, role-based workspaces, reporting, and adoption loops

Integration and data foundation

  • API, middleware, event, and batch integration patterns
  • SAP and ERP integration into service, CRM, workflow, and reporting layers
  • Identity, approval, notification, and data-quality integration
  • Monitoring and failure-handling patterns for critical interfaces

Run and evolve

  • Managed service transition, runbooks, knowledge transfer, and service review cadence
  • Release governance, regression coverage, upgrade planning, and platform-health routines
  • Enhancement backlog delivery through dedicated platform teams
  • Quarterly roadmap reviews with business and technology stakeholders

Decision ownership

Every workflow has business ownership, platform ownership, acceptance criteria, and release accountability before build starts.

Data and integration control

Source systems, reconciliation logic, integration monitoring, and exception handling are designed as part of the modernization scope.

Adoption measurement

Modernization is measured through usage, resolution, workflow completion, quality, and support signals rather than launch date alone.

Engagement models

Sized around
risk and ownership.

  • Platform modernization roadmap

A focused assessment and roadmap for a ServiceNow, Salesforce, OutSystems, ERP-connected, or multi-platform estate.

  • Implementation workstream

A Prometheas team owns one platform, module, integration group, or workflow family through design, build, test, and launch.

  • Modernization program team

Cross-platform delivery across service, CRM, workflow, product, data, and integration workstreams.

  • Managed platform evolution

Ongoing support, enhancement delivery, release governance, platform-health checks, and roadmap execution after go-live.

FAQ

Common buyer questions.

Is platform modernization only migration?

No. Migration may be one part of the work, but modernization usually includes workflow redesign, data quality, integration architecture, release governance, adoption, and managed evolution.

Can you work with our internal platform team?

Yes. Prometheas can lead a workstream, support your internal team, or take responsibility for a specific module, integration group, or modernization roadmap.

Do you cover SAP?

We position SAP carefully as SAP and ERP integration unless a client engagement is specifically scoped around deeper SAP implementation. Our usual role is connecting SAP or ERP data and processes into ServiceNow, Salesforce, workflow apps, portals, reporting, and automation.

What makes this different from staff augmentation?

The engagement is organized around outcomes, governance, and accountable delivery. Dedicated specialists may be part of the model, but the work is not left as unmanaged capacity.

Enterprise Platform Modernization on your roadmap?

We can help you decide what to modernize, what to automate, what to build, and what to operate with a dedicated delivery model.
