Problem
Singular's creator tool ran on a mobile-first product but their analytics were second-class. Creators couldn't see meaningful performance metrics in-app, and the team's data stack was a mess of dbt on top of Segment on top of Postgres read-replicas.
Approach
Rebuilt the data platform on Snowflake + dbt with a clean event schema, shipped a React Native analytics module that rendered the creator dashboard at 60fps, and layered a Claude-backed weekly brief that summarized a creator's performance in plain English.
Outcome
In-app analytics became the most-visited surface. The weekly brief lifted weekly retention and was the single feature most cited in App Store reviews after launch.
