Ananya has been shipping on Salesforce since the Lightning migration started. She cut her teeth on Service Cloud rollouts for health insurers, moved into cross-cloud integration work during the Mulesoft era, and now runs Prometheas's Salesforce practice with an unusually strong opinion on Data Cloud foundation work.
She's a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and holds active certifications across Service, Sales, Experience, Data, and Industries Clouds. She's spent the last 18 months focused on production Agentforce deployments in regulated industries — where grounded context, guardrails, and audit trails are not optional.
