Kabir Malhotra

Kabir was a founding engineer at two SaaS companies that were acquired in 2019 and 2022. Between and after, he ran engineering for a health-tech Series C and a retail-tech growth-stage business. He joined Prometheas in 2023 to run the Product Engineering practice — the web, mobile, cloud, and data-&-AI disciplines that cut across every industry we serve. He cares disproportionately about the habits that make a codebase survive its second year: design systems, testing culture, rollback discipline, and the ability to say 'we don't know yet' without losing velocity. He leads the firm's internal 'stack we ship' quarterly review and reviews every piece of production code he can.
