Rohan has spent his career in the ServiceNow ecosystem — first as a developer at a global telco, then as a platform architect for a mid-market insurer, and since 2019 as the practice lead at Prometheas. He's shipped 30+ production CMDB rebuilds, three AIOps programs that survived first-quarter reality, and enough SecOps playbook designs to have an opinion about how they go wrong. He's the author of Prometheas's CMDB rebuild playbook and a frequent speaker at regional ServiceNow user-group meetups. Outside the platform, he mentors junior engineers on the firm's certification track — the pipeline that produces most of our Master Architects.
